Photos and policies

Recently, Construction Junction has had some issues with holds on inventory so... we thought we'd take a moment and share our most important policies including how inventory holds, sold items and returned items are to be handled.  If you experience anything other than outlined below, please feel free to ask to speak with the manager on duty.  It is important to us that our policies, particularly our hold policy, be applied consistently across the board.

CJ Hold Policy:

  • Customers may put items on hold for a 24 hour period.
  • Items put on hold before noon are held until noon on the following day.
  • Items put on hold at 12:01 pm or later are held until the end of business the following day.
  • No second holds are allowed.
  • Customers cannot extend a hold.
  • Customers must wait another 24 hour period to hold the same item.
  • Customers tampering with or removing holds will be asked to leave the store.

CJ Sold Policy:

  • Larger items purchased can be left at CJ for seven days.  There is a $5 non-refundable Storage and Handling Fee charged per transaction, not per item.
  • CJ will only permit the storage of items that are greater than $20 in value (per item) or larger than a standard door.
  • Items left in the store past seven days will be returned to the sales floor and the customer will receive store credit less a 10% Restocking Fee.
  • As always, items are left at the customer's risk and CJ is not responsible for damage of items left on its premises.
  • Please see the cashier with your receipt and identification to retrieve your stored items.

CJ Return Policy:

Any item may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for store credit only.  A copy of your receipt must be provided.

The CJ Buzz

We have some really good news...  really good!  Just this week, Shannon our Operations Director and yours truly met with a telecom consultant and we hope to be upgrading our phone system within the next two months!!  Trust us, we know... our current phone system leaves quite a bit to be desired.  We're thrilled to be finally addressing this shortfall and we look forward to being able to be more responsive to your calls in the future.
