December Customer Rewards
We have a great customer reward program for you during the month of December. We're calling it "The CJ Good Cheer" reward. Here's how it works:
Through out the month, ask for your CJ Good Cheer Coupon upon completing your purchase. The coupon will be valid on subsequent days and be good for 15% off purchases over $20. You can use your CJ Good Cheer coupon yourself or give it to a friend.
This is our way of saying Happy Holidays to you! So don't forget to pick up your coupon and spread the CJ good cheer.
The CJ Buzz
We are happy to report that the Four Frozen Farmers will be back this year selling their wonderful Christmas trees in our parking lot. They're still working out the details, so we don't have exact dates yet as to when they'll be hear, but we will hopefully has more to share by next week's e-Blast.
Also, we're still working to finalize the purchase of a boat load of brand new and barely used tools so we can have them available for the holiday season. As with the Christmas trees, we expect to have some final news by next week's e-Blast.

CJ in the Post Gazette
Construction Junction recently had two great articles in the Post Gazette. A heart felt thank you goes out to Diana Nelson Jones and Kevin Kirkland for their reporting about our organization. Here's a link to each article in case you missed them:

CJ Q&A
We shop frequently at CJ, love it and appreciate all you do. I have been going through the FAQ's and some old e-Blasts and haven't been able to find an answer to my question. I have two kids, 9 and 10 years old. We recently were going through some craft materials that we've accumulated and have a question for you guys. Crayons. Crayons. Crayons. Not building materials technically, but they do help build young creative minds. We have a LOT of them and don't want to put them in a landfill. Have you heard of any way to dispose of them? Started thinking, if we have this many, what about other families and don't even start thinking about how many schools pitch after they're used. Any insight will help and be appreciated... will pass it on to all who I know, including the schools. Have a good day. -- Kathy (the crayon crusader)
Dear Kathy the Crusader -- You're our type! We found a program called the National Crayon Recycling Program operated by the Crazy Crayons company. Here's the link: http://www.crazycrayons.com/recycle_program.html. The program seems as though it would be perfect for a school to implement. Also, if you google "recycling crayons" you get all sorts of fun crafty project ideas. Hpe this helps and happy crusading. -- Cozmo
