Schedule a walkthrough of your project
We'll return your call or email within 2 business days, to arrange a convenient time to visit your potential job site to plan your donation.
Once we've agreed terms for your donation
We'll begin work at the agreed time and date. We're fully insured and can provide proof of insurance.
The deconstruciton and salvage work is free, the donation is eligible for a tax deduction, and you may save labor and dumpster costs.
Itemized material list and receipt
At the completion of the job we will provide an itemized receipt for material removed which can be used for tax purposes and/or potentially LEED certification. Occasionally very detailed receipts are required, in which case we'll agree a fee to cover the costs of complex inventory tracking requirements.
Our deconstruction operation is not a demolition company. We can be an effective complement to demolition as we are interested in maximizing the amount of material removed for reuse from your job site.
